About Me
Hi my name is Justin Besteman
As a founding member and head of product and engineering at Amplio, I was integral to scaling the company to the success it has. This involved embracing a dynamic environment, contributing across functions including strategic planning, product design and development, operations optimization (including SOP creation), team leadership, and sales support. My software engineering background allows me to approach challenges and opportunities with a crucial technical understanding, facilitating practical and effective solutions.
I partner with startups, individuals, and companies to provide expert consulting in strategy and product development, drawing upon direct experience building a company from the ground up.
Fundamentally, my approach is shaped by insights from my Economics and Computer Science education. Economics teaches us about scarcity, and no resource is more finite or valuable than time. I help clients cut through the noise, focusing intensely on what must be done and, just as importantly, what should not take up precious time and resources.
